Women’s Jiu Jitsu Classes in Norwalk
At our women’s jiu jitsu classes whether you are interested in self-defense, fitness, or competition, this class adjusts to meet any women’s specific needs and goals. In our women’s jiu jitsu program, you will learn self-defense and sportive bjj techniques in a fun way, so that you acquire natural reflex in order to defend yourself in any situation. You will also get in shape and have lots of fun learning and playing an intelligent sport. Women’s only jiu jitsu classes are designed especially to the ladies, because at our school we value and know that women deserve their own space anywhere and here at our school is not different.
*We follow a curriculum designed by Master Marcio so all the professors at our schools teach accordingly to his method.

PROGRAM GOALS:
• Develop student’s repertoire of attacks, defensive techniques, and escapes from every situation
• Teach core concepts and ideas of Jiu jitsu
• Build camaraderie among the women practitioners
• Get in shape in a safe and fun environment

• Beginner and fundamental Jiu jitsu techniques
• Self-defense techniques
• Overview of all positions and situations
• Positional, situational and live sparring
• Mobility and agility drills
• Body weight exercises
• Self Defense
BELT RANK:
• All belt levels are welcome and girls from 9 years old and up can participate (Great class for mom’s and daughters)
